What if I experience a print quality issue?
If a cartridge does not meet expectations, simply notify a customer service representative to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, then return the cartridge and a page sample showing the print quality problem to the box it came in. Return this to us for evaluation and replacement. Please refer
to our Product Warranty for details.

Can Photikon develop an E-commerce site for just my business?
Photikon will create a web-based catalog customized for your organization—complete with your products, prices, shipping locations, etc. This online catalog can be set up for both single users or companies with thousands of users and/or locations. Contact your Photikon sales rep if you are interested and we will build a custom E-catalog for you!
